Unfortunately LavishTroupé does not offer any refunds or exchanges due to sanitary and hygiene reasons.
Once an item has been purchased, cancellation will not be possible. The order processes and shipping is handled quickly, hence why we can not ensure the confirmation of your cancellation before your order is shipped of to you.
However, we only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival, subject to a case by case review. If you need to exchange it for the same item send an email at [email protected]
You will be held responsible for the shipping costs for your returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
